       In order to thoroughly implement the relevant requirements of the Opinions on Comprehensively Implementing the New Apprenticeship System in Enterprises issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Finance, further improve the comprehensive skill level of the company's employees, accelerate the construction of the high skilled talent echelon, train the backup skilled talents to meet the new needs of enterprise development at a high speed, and boost the high-quality development of the company. On July 16, 2020, Hubei Zhongxun ThinkGreen Technology Co., Ltd. and Jingmen Technician College jointly held the opening and signing ceremony of the enterprise's new apprenticeship system. Relevant leaders of Jingmen Technician College and Hubei Zhongxun ThinkGreen Technology Co., Ltd. attended the ceremony, and the first batch of registered students were 52.

       At the opening ceremony, Fan Gaowei, Executive Vice President of Hubei Zhongxun ThinkGreen Technology Co., Ltd., made a mobilization speech. Later, Xu Song, Dean of Jingmen Technician College, introduced some specific conditions of the new apprenticeship.

       Different from the company's existing "teacher-apprentice" training mode, the new enterprise apprenticeship system launched this time is based on the principle of government guidance, enterprise orientation, and college participation. It adopts the "school enterprise cooperation and integration of work and learning", that is, the new mode of "company recruitment means school enrollment, joining company means joining school, and enterprise and school double joint training". The company analyzed the training needs from three aspects of enterprises, students and posts, organized the school and enterprise to jointly discuss the curriculum, teaching content, teaching methods and other aspects, and formulated a practical training and teaching plan and specific implementation plan. Through the combination of "learning" and "work", students can improve their professional knowledge, operation skills, professional quality and other skills.

       The opening of this class created the first new mode of school and enterprise cooperation in Jingmen Chemical Recycling Industrial Park.
