4. Add changes to deal with the burnout period, enhance enthusiasm and restrain yourself through new links and various rewards or penalties.
5. Keep enough confidence in yourself, don't give up on anything. Stick to it, stick to it and believe that you can succeed.
In combination with some of the things I have experienced in the past, I believe that the cultivation habits must be done in five points above.
