If I let myself decide what to do, I can definitely do it well. After that, I liked roller skating myself, so I bought a roller skate at home and learned to roller skating. Three days, the shoes were thrown to the side and no longer touched. The original skating is not as smooth as I can see. I don’t know how long it takes to get to the wind and the wind. Then I envied the beautiful muscles of others, so I decided to get fit. I bought equipment and bought equipment. Fortunately, there was no heat for three minutes. I insisted on running and exercising every day. I have been insisting on it for five or six months, and it starts to feel boring. One day, there was something wrong at night, and there was no exercise that day. Very comfortable! After experiencing so many failures, I have never reflected on why, why is it rare or simple, likes or dislikes, and why none of these things persisted. Perhaps this is also a habit, accustomed to giving up. When I read "Adhere, a habit that can be cultivated", I suddenly realized that I didn't think of it, but my habit was resisting me from making changes. The author reveals the core truth in the book, and the chief culprit that causes us to have only three minutes of heat in everything is “custom gravitation”. There is a strong resistance to forming a habit for us. And customary gravitation includes two aspects: “the confrontational change and the maintenance of the status quo.”


This book was read by me on the train from Guangzhou to Zhoukou. The whole book is not many, less than two hundred pages. However, in the process of watching, I almost threw it aside several times. It has been difficult for me to spend a few hours to concentrate on reading the whole book without reading for a long time. If it is not because this reading experience may be halfway through, I have already thrown it aside. I don’t know when and how many years will be opened again, or if I read the book again, I will deceive myself. I have already read the book. Although I wanted to give up several times during the period, I still insisted on reading the whole book.


Later, after I arrived at the market, I turned over a few paragraphs that I felt deeply, and looked at it several times. Compared with my past twenty years, I have gained a lot. Here I will list the points I feel the same:

1. The first step in cultivating habits is to complete the scheduled tasks every day. The difference between 0 and 1 is far greater than the difference between 1 and 100. Only when real action is taken will it change.


2. It is important to set easy thresholds for performing tasks and lowering actions. Set the threshold to the state that can be done even if it is overtime and dinner. No matter what the situation must be implemented, this is the first guarantee that can be achieved.


3, behavioral model, the daily schedule is scheduled in advance, step by step to complete the tasks, use daily behavior to drive and remind yourself.


4. Add changes to deal with the burnout period, enhance enthusiasm and restrain yourself through new links and various rewards or penalties.

5. Keep enough confidence in yourself, don't give up on anything. Stick to it, stick to it and believe that you can succeed.


In combination with some of the things I have experienced in the past, I believe that the cultivation habits must be done in five points above. I will not repeat the various methods and implementation standards described in the specific book, as the book published in the postscript: " Persistence is a habit that can be cultivated. It is not a book that teaches readers how to lose weight, how to read early, how to read every day, how to keep exercising. The author does not intend to emphasize the importance of cultivating good habits to our work and life, nor is it specific. Explain something that needs to be adhered to. This book focuses on a more general and more central question: why do you always quit halfway – whether there is a scientific way to cultivate habits.” The main reason for halfway is that there is no To 1", the core of 0 to 1 is to lower the threshold to maintain execution regardless of the situation. As for the scientific method of cultivating habits, many of them have been listed. It is better to use the squid than to return to the net. You can harvest the habits you want as long as you follow the plan.
