This training kicked off with the expansion of military training. In the hot July, the new people sweated, but they did not have a complaint, and some were firm beliefs and the spirit of hard work. Various challenging activity games have drawn the distance of new people, cultivated a sense of tacit understanding and enhanced the cohesiveness of the team. Interspersed with a one-day red flower lake hiking marketing training, experienced the difficulties of survival and the resistance to advance, let everyone break through the self, let the new people feel the rigor of work, the arduous marketing tasks and the high hopes of the company leaders.

Compared with the previous period, the cultural curriculum was optimized, and the “Benchmark Sharing”, “Field Trial, and Observations” were added. The 11-day system training is more detailed on the assessment dimension of new employees. The student's points are evaluated in terms of military training, daily behavioral performance, classroom performance, knowledge examination, and team activities. The comprehensive performance of the students' completion report is obvious: each student In the form of "Summary Learning and Harvesting Growth" PPT report form, six judges were invited to score the competition, and finally five outstanding students were selected according to the points and final report: Ren Zhanfu, Yang Dongliang, Li Yang, Wang Tao, Sun Jianfeng, and Ding Zong presented outstanding students honors on the spot. Certificates and prizes encourage them to redouble their work in the future, to quickly create performance and achieve higher personal value.
